Artisanal, small-batch English sparkling produced from each vintage
Each vintage is hand-crafted to make the best wines we can possibly produce from each vintage, whether it be the Classic Cuvée or Rosé we currently produce, or even the still wines we intend to create in the near future.
We don't necessarily have a house style - instead we are all about maximising the potential of the fruit from each vintage and making it into the best wine we possibly can.
We make our wines with only the highest quality, ripest grapes grown in our vineyard
Our grapes are grown on the finest Hampshire chalk downs which is the same substrate as that found in the famous vineyards of Champagne, and always left to achieve maximum ripeness before harvesting.
A family-run operation with a core mission to produce the very best wines possible.
We're not driven by production size or revenue. Our aim is to make the very best possible wine we can each vintage from the vineyard, and hope that you enjoy drinking them as much as we enjoy making them.
