Chilcomb Valley Rosé Brut, Hampshire (6x75cl case) (2022)

New release! This is the latest release of our best-selling Rosé Brut from the successful 2022 vintage. This release is made exactly in exactly the same style - albeit a little lighter in appearance - from a blend of 50% Chardonnay and 50% Pinot Noir and having spent over 18 months on lees.

Pale salmon in colour with an abundance of fine bubbles, the wine has notes of strawberry, some blood orange, summer citrus freshness with a little creamy nougat on the nose. The freshness continues into the palate with some lightly bready notes and a little some summer fruit salad. Reminiscent of a summer day with the sun going down, this is the perfect aperitif or paired with with light starter dishes. ABV 12%.
